Some of our products must sent as packages due to the measures or their weight. The shippingcosts are therefor higher and

We will ship daily from Monday till Friday.
Normally a order placed before 5 pm, will be shipped the same day.

Delivery time to some countries can be (very) long.
Orders which are lost within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany will be fully paid after a investigation is conducted by PostNL.
Orders shipped as simple letter without registration (only the € 4,99 outside NL and BE) are sent on customer's own risk, in that case lost orders are not being compensated. Do you want to use the more expensive option (registered mail of package) anyway? Please send us a message. We will send you an additonal payment request.
